Agreement for Registration and Participation in IFSCA Programs

This Agreement is made between the Internal Family Systems Counselling Association
("IFSCA") and the undersigned participant ("Participant") regarding their registration and participation in IFSCA programs.

1. Declaration of Experience
By signing this Agreement, the Participant confirms that all information provided during registration, including details of their experience, is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Registration is accepted based on this declared experience.

2. IFSCA’s Right to Refuse, Cancel, or Deny Registration
IFSCA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or deny any registration if it is determined that the Participant has provided false or misleading information, or if the Participant does not meet the program’s eligibility requirements.

3. Performance and Program Participation
IFSCA is committed to maintaining a supportive and productive environment for all participants.
The Participant acknowledges that IFSCA reserves the right to withdraw any participant from the program at any time if their performance or behavior is deemed detrimental to the success of the program, its objectives, or the experience of other participants.

4. Non-Refundable Registration Fees
In the unlikely event that the Participant’s registration is refused or if the Participant is withdrawn from the program for reasons outlined in this Agreement, the Participant understands and agrees that registration fees are non-refundable.
